TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Bespoke Commissions

BEDCRAFT ("BEDCRAFT", "Company", "we") designs and builds made-to-order architectural beds, upholstered headboards, acoustic slatted surrounds, and integrated hydraulic storage systems. By confirming a custom order or engaging our consultation services, the client ("Buyer", "you") enters into a binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Custom Sizing & Site Feasibility

Each bed is crafted according to client-specified dimensions and room layouts. The client is responsible for confirming that the commissioned dimensions accommodate room space, elevator heights, door frames, stairwell landings, and existing baseboards. BEDCRAFT specialists provide dimensional drawings upon request to assist with site feasibility.

3. Natural Timber & Material Characteristics

Solid teak, oak, walnut, and natural wood veneers are organic materials that naturally possess individual grain figures, knots, natural mineral streaks, and slight colour nuances. These authentic variations are inherent to fine timber craftsmanship and confirm genuine craftsmanship rather than manufacturing defects.

4. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Formal written quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Fabrication begins following client approval of CAD shop drawings and receipt of the agreed mobilization deposit.
• Final balance payment is required upon dispatch notification prior to or at the time of final installation.

5. 10-Year Structural Warranty Guarantee

Every BEDCRAFT timber frame, mortise-and-tenon structural joint, and structural steel reinforcement is backed by a 10-Year Limited Structural Warranty against structural splitting, frame sagging, and joint separation under normal residential use. German hydraulic lift mechanisms and hardware carry a 5-Year manufacturer guarantee.

6. White-Glove Delivery & Installation

Our in-house logistics technicians will deliver, unpack, assemble, and position your bed frame in your designated room. Clients must ensure the delivery pathway and room area are accessible and clear of obstruction prior to the scheduled delivery slot.

7. Bespoke Cancellation & Returns

Because each BEDCRAFT unit is uniquely dimensioned and custom-upholstered to individual client specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once timber processing and fabric cutting have commenced. In the unlikely event of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, our atelier will immediately repair or replace the affected component at zero cost.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
